Our Story

Empanada Papa was founded by Chef Pedro. Coming from a family where they celebrated the holidays with some home made Empanadas from their grandma.  She left such a impact with her Empanadas that Chef Pedro had to keep the tradition going.

 

Where he put his culinary background into play with using his own receipts to put together some of the most tastiest Empanadas you have ever tasted.  He created his own dough, fillings, and Hot Sauces that would clear your sinus. 

Chef Pedro takes a lot of pride in using the best products all proteins are are antibiotic free, pasture raised and natural. We are passionate about our work and delivering an authentic experience.
